Copyright Registration Form - Group of Unpublished Sound Recordings

This application has strict eligibility requirements. These requirements are listed below. If your works do not meet all of these requirements, please visit the "Services" page and schedule a consultation.

Eligibility Criteria

1. All the songs MUST be unpublished.

2. You may submit no more than 10 songs per group.

3. All the songs MUST be created by the same author or the same co-authors, and the author and claimant for each song must be the same person or organization.

4. You must provide a separate title for each work. DO NOT provide a "collection" title. If you provide a "collection" title it will be removed from the record.

5. You MUST upload a digital copy of each song.

6. The file name for each song should match the title you provide in the application.

Example: If you are registering two songs titled "Clyde & Bonnie" and "Peaches & Cream" each song should be uploaded in a separate digital file named "clyde_&_bonnie.wav" and "peaches_&_cream.wav."

I confirm that all of the required eligibility criteria is met. I am a citizen of the United States of America. And that I am the rightful owner of these songs.
