Rather than imitating the originals, these performances lean into what lies underneath them – the emotional subtext, the shadow side, the longing.
Across eight piano interpretations – The Freshmen, Stolen Dance, Take On Me, Heart-Shaped Box, Let Her Go, Blue, Nuvole Bianche, and Please Don't Stop The Music – this album moves like a slow exhale. More-so reflective than nostalgic. Not sad, but surrendering a quiet moment in a noisy world.
