This Agreement establishes the terms between Amunson Audio LLC (“Company”) and you, the Composer for the licensing, distribution, and promotion of musical works. By submitting works, you agree to these terms.

Rights Granted

You grant Amunson Audio LLC the right to license, distribute, and alter your submitted compositions (“Works”) for media placements, including film, TV, and advertising. You retain full ownership of your compositions. Submissions can be exclusive or non-exclusive.

Compensation

•  50% of licensing fees for any media placements secured by Amunson Audio LLC.

•  100% of performance royalties, managed through your PRO (Performance Rights Organization).

•  All payments are distributed quarterly via PayPal, direct bank transfer, or other specified methods, provided the minimum earnings threshold of $100 is met. If not, payments will roll over to the next quarter.

Royalties and Rights Management

You are responsible for registering your Works with your PRO to ensure proper royalty collection. Royalties from neighboring rights, mechanical royalties, and sync placements will be split 50/50 with Amunson Audio LLC.

Submission Process

All submitted Works must be original and fully owned by the Composer, with all necessary rights cleared. Unlicensed samples or third-party elements will result in rejection of the submission.

Amunson Audio LLC reserves the right to alter or remix submitted Works for the purposes of fitting specific media requirements. This includes creating stems or alternate mixes to facilitate licensing opportunities.

This Agreement may be terminated with 30 days' notice after one year for non-exclusive agreements or after five years for exclusive agreements. All existing licensing contracts will continue until their obligations are fulfilled.

By submitting your Works, you warrant that you are the sole owner of the compositions, and that no third-party rights are infringed. Amunson Audio LLC is indemnified from any legal claims arising from violations of these warranties.

Amunson Audio LLC reserves the right to modify these terms. Any changes will be communicated, and continued submission of Works implies acceptance of the new terms..

Any disputes related to this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration under the laws of Minnesota

By signing below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Composer Agreement with Amunson Audio LLC. You acknowledge that this agreement is legally binding and that you are the rightful owner of the submitted Works.
